1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of justmushrooms.co, operated by Just Mushrooms, and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You may browse and order as a guest, or create an account to save your details and track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, pricing and availability
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing errors and limit order quantities.
- Mushrooms are fresh and perishable. Photos are representative, and natural variation in size, colour and shape is to be expected.
- Stock is checked when you place your order. Availability shown while browsing is not a guarantee until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We may contact you to verify unusual or high-value orders before dispatch.
- The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Additional methods will be added over time.
- Final prices, delivery fees, discounts and totals are calculated at checkout, and the total shown is the amount due.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
- You may cancel or amend an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or of unacceptable quality, contact us within 2 months of delivery with a photo and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We recommend reporting issues as early as you can, as the condition of fresh produce is easier to verify promptly.
- We do not accept returns of accepted, undamaged produce for change of mind.
7. Wholesale
Wholesale terms are agreed individually with each customer and are not covered by these consumer terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, recipes and the Just Mushrooms name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Mushrooms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, beyond the value of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dhaka.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
